When will I receive my order?

As long as an order is placed before the end of the working day, depending on the volume of orders received, we will do our best to package and ship it out via Standard Shipping within three working days.

Can I make any changes to an order once I’ve placed it?

Any requests to change or cancel an order require contacting us. Please call us at (626) 344 9709 or email us at support@pearlle.com so that we can make our best effort to accommodate your needs. Please keep in mind that your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or canceled, therefore contacting us immediately is recommended.

How do I track an order I placed online?

Upon placing your order online, you will receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address that you provided during check-out. Once the order is shipped, you’ll receive another e-mail, containing tracking information!

Do we ship internationally?

Pearlle currently only ships to verifiable locations within the United States. If you’re visiting our website and would like to make an international purchase, please contact us directly so that we can further discuss your needs!

Exchanges/Returns

Does Pearlle accept exchanges/returns?

  • Any items purchased online or by phone may be returned/exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with all tags/labels attached.
  • Please call us at (626) 344 – 9709 or email us at support@pearlle.com so that we can begin assisting you with the return/exchange process!
  • **Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees, which will be deducted from your original total purchase cost.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How to care for our products?

As always, hand washing intimates would be most recommended, however, if you’re unable to spare the time, try inserting the item into an appropriate-sized laundry bag and securing it before placing it into the washer! Most of our items can be air dried via hanging in a clean, well-ventilated location. If you must use a dryer, double-check the contents of your laundry bag and use the lowest setting available!

What if we don’t carry your exact size?

More often than not, most women are wearing the wrong size!! Oftentimes, when we get fitted in a store, sales associates aren’t able to factor in the layers of clothing (and potential padding on the bra we’re wearing at the time). Don’t worry though, because there’s such a thing as sister sizes! 

What are sister sizes?

As you may already know, natural sets of breasts aren’t made the same. They’re more like sisters, rather than twins! In simple terms, depending on your personal preference, it’s usually safe to go up/down a band size (e.g. going from 34 to 36 or from 36 to 34) and trying the innermost/outermost hook(s). Another option is to consider adjusting the cup size. Our CEO was fitted as a 32D, however, she prefers to wear 34B and sometimes when Aunt Flo visits, she opts for a 36B. Don’t be shy — order a few different sizes when starting out to understand how our brand fits you best! Let us know if/when you make your return and we’ll be sure to take care of you 🙂
